APG Villas is committed to providing a familiar ambiance where vacation memories are cherished. This includes accommodations that are comfortable, clean, safe, and fully equipped.
The following terms and conditions, together with the Rental Agreement, govern our rentals.

PAYMENT POLICY
25% as booking confirmation, along with the signed Rental Agreement, are required within 5 business days. Payment of the booking will be the acceptance of the terms and conditions and Rental Agreement.
75% three weeks before check-in date.
Payment in once if booking is made less than 30 days before arrival.
The costs related to any possible bank fee/cost must be borne by the tenant.
Payment options: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds is as follows:
there is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date.
Banking fees are charged with refunds, depending on the method of payment.

If a guest must cancel less than 90 days prior to Check-in Date, APG Villas will endeavor to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved. The amount if recouped will be given in payment to the original guest, less payment method fees. It is up to the sole discretion of APG Villas to advertise a last minute pricing strategy in order to re-rent the property. It is not guaranteed by APG Villas that the property will be re-rented. There will be no refund if APG Villas is unable to re-rent the accommodation.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended to buy a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance policy to cover unforeseen events. APG Villas does not provide trip cancellation insurance.

DATE OF ARRIVAL /DURATION OF STAY
In High and Middle Season reservations are accepted for a minimum of 7 night stays with changeover day on Saturdays. Longer stays are accepted. Shorter stays are accepted but on weekly rates basis and in between two Saturdays.
In Low Season 4/5 nights stays are accepted; the period must be in between two Saturdays.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in: starting from 4.00 p.m. Please advise about arrival time.
Check-out: at 9.00 a.m. strict.

FEES AND TAXES
Prices are all included except the following (all to be paid cash onsite):

Villa LisiDor:
– tourist tax: 1.50€/day/person for the first week. Children under 12 do not pay
– extra-charge of 20,00€/day for heating in case it is requested on site.
– extra for air conditioning charged by consumption.
– extra-charge of 15,00€/cubic meter for firewood in case it is requested on site.
The rent includes final cleaning and 3 hours cleaning on Wednesday (9am-12am).

Villa PetrAlexa:
– tourist tax: 1.50€/day/person for the first week. Children under 12 do not pay
– extra-charge of 15,00€/day for heating in case it is requested on site.
– extra-charge of 15,00€/cubic meter for firewood in case it is requested on site.
– extra 50,00€ for pets
The rent includes final cleaning.

Villa EnriMar:
– extra 50,00€ for pets
The rent includes final cleaning.

House Margit:
– extra-charge of 15,00€/day for heating in case it is requested on site.
– bed linen and towels: 20€/person
The rent includes final cleaning.

BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
The tenant will lodge to the housekeeper the deposit of:
300,00€ for Villa LisiDor
250,00€ for Villa PetrAlexa
250,00€ for Villa EnriMar
150,00€ for Casa Margit
The amount paid as deposit is returned by the housekeeper to the guest at check-out, after the housekeeper has ascertained the good conditions of the property, its furnishings and appliances; any loss or damage caused to the property, furniture and accessories will be retained from the sum given as deposit. Said items will be replaced at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary. If the amount of damages will be higher than the deposit, the tenant must pay the difference.

COMPLAINTS:
Within 2 hours of arrival at the property the tenant must communicate any comments on the cleanliness of the property and, within 24 hours of arrival, any other comments on the property.
If comments are not made within these times, any defects will be deemed to have been caused by the tenant.

FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT
In the event of failure of equipment to operate, please notify us immediately, so that scheduling of repairs can be made.

CLEANING FEE:
At the end of the stay, the property has to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and following rules have to respected. On the contrary, a cleaning fee of 50€ shall be deducted from the breakages deposit.
• Collect bed linen and towels in one spot.
• Run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper place.
• Take away all the food or collect it in one spot in the kitchen.
• Bring all trash to the dumpster.
Bed linen and towels left in bad conditions, are deducted from the breakages deposit according to the price list shown in the Guest Manual of the property.

LAWN & POOL POLICY
In order to provide a clean and safe environment, both the lawn and pool maintenance are run from the housekeeper, usually early in the morning, according to necessity and weather conditions.
The guest is required to provide admittance in order for the property to be properly serviced.
The guest may not ask the housekeeper to leave the property before his work is completed.

SMOKING POLICY
Our vacation rentals are SMOKE-FREE.
Please enjoy your cigarettes outside your accommodations.
Guests must use the ashtrays provided. Any extra man hours required for removal of discarded cigarettes, trash or charcoal in the vacation rental yard/property will also incur the extra 50€ per week minimum extra cleaning charge.

PETS POLICY
Villa EnriMar and Villa PetrAlexa welcome pets.
Pets are not allowed to get on sofas, beds and sun beds.
All their business have to be removed from the garden.
Otherwise the extra 50€ cleaning charge will incur.

WEATHER
APG Villas is not responsible for damages resulting from lightening, rain, flood or other natural disasters. No refunds are provided to the Guest if such events occur.
We encourage all renters to purchase travel insurance.
